Chinese Education

This chapter explores the evolution and impact of the Chinese education system from ancient times to the present. We begin with the traditional educational practices rooted in Confucian ideals, such as the imperial examination system, and examine their role in shaping social mobility and governance. The chapter then transitions to modern educational reforms, highlighting the development of China’s contemporary educational policies and Chinese College Entrance Exam.
